Job Description

Desired Candidate Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelors/Masters in Sales, Marketing Communications or related field is a plus.
• Proven minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in E-commerce sales and customer
service.

Job Role and Responsibilities:
• Managing Online E-Commerce Orders & Returns on portals like Amazon,
Flipkart, and eBay, daily.
• Managing inventory listing, product display, product upload, and content
optimization on online portals like Seller, FBA, and Flipkart Assured warehouses.
• Manage e-commerce websites, looking after pricing, product descriptions, and
general content.
• Handling daily operations effectively like inventory, price updates & deals.
• Responsible for listing Products, MRP, and Selling Prices of the Products.
• Manage e-commerce websites, looking after pricing, product descriptions, and
general content.
• Timely feedback & complaint management.
• Managing communications between clients and the internal team.
• Management of e-commerce orders and returns.
• Keep track of Google ratings & reviews timely.
• Instagram and YouTube content updates
• Handling refunds, replacements, and Manual Orders.
• Keep checking on B2B orders on the website
• Photoshop-related posts for events/festivals

Working Days: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary: 13k to 18k(per month ctc)negotiable
