Qualification: – Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:- 5 to 10 years

Job Summary
  • Design and development of Hydraulic Circuit / System for Construction or Heavy equipment.
  • Design of Construction or Mobile Hydraulics System by engineering calculation, Selection of OEM parts, Creation of 3D models, 2D drawings in Solid Edge software.
Detailed Roles & Responsibilities
  • Calculations for the design of Hydraulics system & Component selection for Construction, Mining
  • Design of hydraulic system integration.
  • Initiation, definition and monitoring of tests and measurements
  • Design calculation as per Indian & European standards
  • Selection of OEM components.
  • Preparation of 3D models and release of 2D drawing for manufacturing
  • Technical clarification to internal customers, vendors & suppliers.
  • Resolving fields failures
  • Co-ordination for Proto Assembly at shop-floor and Testing.
Must have Skills
  • Calculations for the design of Hydraulics system & Component selection for Construction, Mining & allied machinery.
  • Design of hydraulic system integration.
  • Design calculation as per Indian standards
  • Initiation, definition and monitoring of tests and measurements
Basic Skills
  • Interpretation of hydraulic test result data.
  • Resolving fields failures
  • Co-ordination for Proto Assembly at shop-floor and Testing.
