Job Title: Civil Engineering Designer
For Mumbai location: exp- 5 to 10 years
Salary: 4  L p.a

For Roorkee location: exp- minimum 3  years experience
salary – 3 L p.a

The ideal candidate will have:
• Strong technical knowledge in designing and developing infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, buildings, and other civil works.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and design software, particularly Civil 3D.
• Extensive experience in creating detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for civil infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of civil engineering standards and practices.
• Experience in developing and documenting fabrication procedures, construction techniques, and assembly processes.
• Ability to conduct and oversee design reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex design issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the integration and functionality of civil infrastructure projects.
• Commitment to maintaining project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and decisions to various stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
• Design and develop infrastructure projects, ensuring robust and reliable performance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve design issues, proposing effective solutions to ensure project success. Provide technical leadership and support to the design team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Maintain adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and alignment on project objectives and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards throughout the design process, promoting a culture of safety in the workplace.
