Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and guide visitors to the Awareness Centre

  • Explain the purpose of the centre and its waste management initiatives

  • Provide information about recycling, segregation, and eco-friendly practices

  • Handle visitor queries in a clear and polite manner

  • Maintain visitor log and coordinate with staff for sessions or tours

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Friendly and approachable personality

  • Ability to explain concepts in simple language

  • Prior experience in customer service, front office, or awareness programs preferred
