Responsibilities and Duties
Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold
calling, networking, and industry events.
Generate and qualify leads, understanding client needs and preferences.
Conduct presentations, site visits, and tours to showcase the benefits of our
coworking spaces.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and tailor offerings to meet their needs effectively.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to increase
occupancy rates.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and potential
opportunities.
Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and increase our market share.
Provide insights and feedback to improve service offerings based on client needs.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions using
CRM software.
Set and achieve sales targets and goals within specified timelines.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the real estate or coworking
industry.
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
