Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
* Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
* Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
* Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback
* Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
* Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements
* Handle offer negotiations and onboarding formalities

Relevant Information:
Qualification: Graduate (Human Resources or related field preferred)
Salary: Upto 38k CTC
Experience: 5-6 Years
