Job Description

Key Responsibilities-
Manage daily factory operations and production activities
Ensure production targets are achieved on time
Supervise workers, staff, and shift operations
Maintain product quality and reduce defects
Ensure workplace safety and compliance with factory rules
Monitor machine performance and maintenance activities
Control raw material usage and minimize wastage
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and dispatch teams
Prepare daily production and performance reports
Able to handle 3000 employees

Requirements-
Experience in manufacturing/factory operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of production planning and quality control
Good communication and problem-solving abilities Improve productivity and operational efficiency

Salary: Upto 60K CTC
