Job Description

🔹 Role Overview

A Telecaller is responsible for communicating with customers over phone calls to generate leads, explain products/services, resolve queries, and support sales or customer service operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to customers and prospects
* Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
* Explain company products, services, and offers
* Generate leads and schedule appointments
* Maintain customer database and call records
* Follow up with interested customers
* Handle customer complaints and escalate when required
* Coordinate with sales and support teams
