Job Description

A sales executive is the primary revenue driver for an organization. They are responsible for identifying sales leads, pitching products or services to prospective clients, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The ultimate goal is to build a robust client pipeline and hit revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
    • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales prospects through networking, cold calling, and social media.
    • Client Pitching: Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
    • Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and packages to close deals while ensuring profitability.
    • Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring post-sale satisfaction.
  • Pipeline Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer data in the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Core Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven Track Record: Previous experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication, active listening, and strong persuasion abilities.
  • Resilience: Ability to work in a target-driven environment, handle rejection, and manage Sales -related stress.
