Job Description

Role Overview & Eligibility Criteria:
The Mid-Level PR professional will independently manage day-to-day execution of PR accounts while contributing to strategic planning. This role acts as a bridge between junior team members and senior leadership, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong media relationships, and seamless integration across communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily PR operations for assigned client accounts
Develop and execute PR plans under guidance from senior leadership
Lead media outreach, pitching, and relationship management
Draft and review press releases, pitches, bylines, and communication materials
Coordinate with integrated teams (digital, social, creative, strategy) to deliver cohesive campaigns
Supervise and guide PR executives and junior team members
Manage media monitoring, reporting, and insights analysis
Support client meetings, status updates, and presentations
Assist in handling issues management and reactive communications
Support new business pitches and proposal development

Skills & Competencies:
Strong media relations and content development skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines independently
Good understanding of integrated marketing and digital PR
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
Mentoring and team coordination ability
Proficiency in using AI tools and creating effective PowerPoint presentations

Salary: Upto 6 LPA
