Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

 Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold
calling, networking, and industry events.
 Generate and qualify leads, understanding client needs and preferences.
 Conduct presentations, site visits, and tours to showcase the benefits of our
coworking spaces.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
 Understand client requirements and tailor offerings to meet their needs effectively.
 Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
 Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to increase
occupancy rates.
 Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
 Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and potential
opportunities.
 Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and increase our market share.
 Provide insights and feedback to improve service offerings based on client needs.
 Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions using
CRM software.
 Set and achieve sales targets and goals within specified timelines.

Requirements
 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the real estate or coworking
industry.
 Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
 Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
 Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
 Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
