Job Description

Salary: 5k to 7k(per month)
Timings: 9:30am to 6:00pm
Working Days: Monday to Saturday(Sunday fixed off)

Responsibilities:
1: Handling all the positions from Entry Level to Middle Level and Senior level of IT and Non-IT Profiles.
2: Sourcing quality profiles from various job boards like Naukri, Placement India, Justdial, LinkedIn and Indeed.
3: Screening prospective candidates through telephonic Interviews, coordinating the personal interviews of the short-listed candidates with the Account Management and Service Delivery team.
4: Salary Negotiation and maintain long term relationship with the candidates by follow ups. Also, maintain daily and weekly report, i.e., candidates interviewed, screened, and confirmed.
5: Prepare and share proposal agreements with clients, outlining recruitment terms, timelines, and fees, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business requirements.
6: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their hiring needs, business objectives, and company culture to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
7: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to offering positions and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
8: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, resolving any issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the recruitment process.
