JOB PURPOSE
The Channel Partner Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners/brokers to generate qualified leads and support the sales of residential projects. The role requires strong real-estate network building, relationship management, and lead-driving capabilities.

KPI (KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR)/ ACCOUNTABILITY  OUTPUTS
ACCOUNTABILITY Channel Partner Acquisition
  • Identify and enrol new channel partners in assigned territories.
  • Conduct onboarding, documentation, and training on project details.
ACCOUNTABILITY Channel Partner Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with active partners.
  • Conduct regular meetings, briefings, and engagement events.
ACCOUNTABILITY Lead Generation via CPs
  • Drive lead inflow through active CPs.
  • Ensure lead quality by sharing project knowledge and buyer-fit criteria.
ACCOUNTABILITY Conversion Support
  • Coordinate site visits for CP-generated leads.
  • Support negotiations and documentation with the internal sales team.
ACCOUNTABILITY Market Intelligence
  • Track competitor projects, pricing, CP incentives, and market trends.
  • Provide weekly summaries and inputs for strategy.
ACCOUNTABILITY Reporting & Compliance
  • Update CRM daily with leads, CPs, and activities.
  • Maintain accurate partner databases and visit logs.

 

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 2–3 years of experience in real estate, channel sales, or atleast in real estate sales

 

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE
  • Good communication (Hindi & English) and presentation skills
  • Strong Networking Skills
  • Real Estate Market Knowledge
  • Deep Understanding of Their Own Regional Market
  • Geographical Awareness
  • Strong Influencing & Persuasion Skills
