Job Description

We are seeking a Senior HR Executive who will primarily drive Talent Acquisition efforts. The role involves sourcing and hiring skilled automotive professionals (technicians, service advisors, Master Technician, Certified diagnostic Technician) as well as support and administrative staff. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with blue-collar and mid-level hiring, local sourcing strategies, and fast-paced recruitment needs

Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (Core Responsibility):
Manage end-to-end recruitment for workshop staff, technicians, service advisors, and office roles.
Understand role requirements for automotive positions and align hiring accordingly.
Source candidates through local networks, job portals, referrals, ITIs, and trade institutes, consultancies.
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate practical skill assessments where required.
Schedule and manage interviews with higher management or respective team.
Maintain a ready pipeline of candidates for high-demand roles.
Handle offer discussions, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
Ensure quick turnaround time for urgent hiring needs.

Field & Local Hiring Initiatives:
Build relationships with ITIs, vocational institutes, Engineering Colleges, and training centers.
Conduct walk-in drives and local hiring campaigns
Visit local talent markets to identify skilled technicians
Promote employee referral programs for workshop hiring.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
Represent an employer of choice in the local market.
Ensure smooth and professional candidate experience during recruitment.
Assist in building a strong reputation among skilled workforce communities.

HR Operations (Secondary Role):
Maintain employee records and documentation.

Skills and Qualifications:
M.B.A. degree in Human Resources, or equivalent diploma in HR.
90% -95% experience in talent acquisition.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS. Office Suite (Word , Excel , Powerpoint)
Ability to work independently.
Knowledge of AI and Advanced tool will be an added advantage.

Salary: Between Rs. 4,80,000/- (LPA) to Rs. 7,20,000 /- (LPA)
Benefits :
Monthly Salary increment from starting month based on performance
Working Hours  :
09:00 A.M. – 6:30 P.M. (Monday to Saturday) Sunday fixed off.
