Job Description

Must Have:
▪ Education: Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related
field.
▪ Proven track record in IT sales, preferably in systems integration.
▪ Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles.

About the Role:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet/exceed targets.
• Identify target markets and key accounts and create action plans.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
2. Business Development:
• Generate leads via networking, referrals, research, and events.
• Qualify prospects and propose appropriate systems integration solutions.
• Conduct presentations and demos to prospective clients.
3. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor offering insights and recommendations.
4. • Proposal and Contract Management:
• Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts.
• Negotiate terms and close deals successfully.
• Collaborate with technical teams for accurate solutions.
5. Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work with internal teams for successful solution delivery.
• Provide feedback to product development teams.
• Report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
6. Post-Sales Support:
• Ensure smooth transition of new clients to support teams.
• Follow up post-implementation to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
