Job Description

Job Title: Manager of Supply Chain Finance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Supply Chain Finance. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and expanding our aggregation business, driving growth, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality construction materials to our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the business, aligned with overall company goals.
  • Provide visionary leadership to the aggregation team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  1. Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and market presence.
  1. Market Analysis:
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify potential areas for business expansion and improvement.
  1. Team Development:
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing aggregation team.
  • Provide ongoing training to ensure team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed for success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (8+ years Mandatory) in a leadership role within the related industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain Finance.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and market expansion.
  • Ability to analyse data, interpret trends, and make data-driven decisions

Salary:

10lakh-15lakh (per year)
