Key Responsibilities:

Call potential customers from the provided database/leads

Explain company solar products/services (like rooftop solar, installation, savings benefits, etc.)

Generate interest and fix appointments for the sales team

Follow up with interested customers regularly

Maintain accurate records of all calls, responses, and customer details
-
Handle basic customer queries related to solar services
-
Ensure proper data management
-
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets
Required Skills:
-
Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
-
Basic understanding of calling and customer handling
-
Knowledge of MS Excel / data entry
-
Ability to convince and engage customers
-
Freshers or experienced both can apply
Salary & Benefits:
